President/CEO

Rick has been involved within the field of Masonry Restoration and Preservation for 34 years. In 2002, Rick teamed with Andrew Douglas to form Wells Masonry Restoration Inc. Rick is directly involved in all aspects of day to day operations of the company.

Andrew Douglas

Vice President/Head of Field Operations

Andrew has been involved within the field of Masonry Restoration and Preservation for 24 years. In 2002, Andrew teamed with Rick Wells to form Wells Masonry Restoration Inc. Andrew's primary duty is overseeing day to day field operations.

Keith Roberts

Project Manager/Estimator

Keith has been involved within the field of Masonry Restoration and Preservation for 28 years. He has been with Wells Masonry since 2011 as a lead estimator/project manager.

Laura Wells

Office Administrator/Treasurer

Laura has been involved in Wells Masonry since 2002. Laura overseas all aspects of accounting along with other administrative task of the company.
